This building is built under the co-operation of Hiroshima Prefecture, Higashi Hiroshima City and Hiroshima Prefecture Housing Corporation, with the purpose of providing a safe and comfortable housing for international students, also to establish a basic location for international exchange.
The Communication Corner on the 1st Floor of the building,provides assistance for international students and foreign residents.
